Roman is a superstar, fantastic service! And this is definitely one of the best restaurant in the area: good vibes, excellent food, excellent service

Sometimes simple is best. That is the principle upon which SeaFoodBar is built. Just seafood, period. The selection of fish and other seadwellers is impressive. You choose your sea protein, your prep, your sauce, and your side... order a nice white (I recommend the pricier Italian), sit back, and wait for the magic. To see how fresh it all is, I got the sashimi set... it's fresh. I hadn't seen much octopus in Minsk, so decided to give it a go. It came nicely grilled with an extra sauce the waiter thought I should try. The service was very attentive and helpful overall. Don't forget about the bouillabaisse while you are here, it lives up the overall top quality of this joint. If I were to take a few points off, it would be for the oyster selection, which was just ok, and the offering could use additional dressings (Tabasco, etc) and crackers. Almost forgot the wasabi for the sashimi was skull-cracking spicy, exactly how it should be... was pleasantly surprised by this. One of the foodie gems of this city for sure, but don't expect Belarus prices here... a full dinner will set you back $50 per person -- it's worth it.

When you come to Minsk, if you want to eat fresh and delicious seafood at reasonable prices in a friendly and warm atmosphere, where cleaning and hygiene rules are applied, I recommend you to try this place. Apart from these, I would like to thank the chef, who greeted me at the entrance of the door and accompanied me to my table, for his kind and polite behavior.

The place is just amazing. If you are seafood lover, just try this resto. Stuff was helpful with menu, explained every dish what I was asking. There is open oysters bar, you can see place is clean inside. Prices more expensive than average in Minsk.

Went there for a drink and this place exceeded my expectations! The drinks were hand crafted to my taste. Had something similar to a margarita but with whipped egg whites on top which was amazing. The other drink had a big ice cube in it with a live flower whaat?! Very beautiful. While spending time there had a talk with Alexey, one of the cooks there. He’s very interesting and knowledgeable individual who made my stay even more special. He told me about oysters and showed me how they get prepared, that was fun! Great place! Will definitely come again when I’m in Minsk!

The restaurant is incredible by all measures! The staff is professional, the service just amazing ! The seafood is super fresh, everything we tried was delicious and exceptional. I traveled to many countries and this service was one of the best I experienced by far. Try their suviche, octopus, stuffed shells, and the famous fish dish which melts in your mouth how delicate and amazing it tastes.

Small place but a hidden jewel Best octopus I ever had, oysters are amazing too specially baked oysters with truffle sauce. Super service they probably changed the forks and knives about 20 times. Pricey but definitely worth it

This place surprised me on the quality of food and their amazing friendly sophisticated service! 5stars goes to SFB , fresh delicious seafood with excellent professional friendly English speaking staff specially Katerina was very excellent and attentive , all staff here are actually very attentive. The only minor downside is that the ambient of this restaurant is not cozy nor very trendy up to it’s highest level of quality as it’s food and service. Definitely recommended in Minsk.

I found this place while I was walking around. The open kitchen was really cool when I went in. The seafood was super fresh, you could tell by how it looked, smelled, and tasted. The staff were all dressed nicely and professionally. This place is great for anything.
